Product Advisor (office based)

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills to support families and professionals, from enquiry through to completion of orders and to provide an after sales service. The Product Advisor will be based at our office in Todmorden, and will establish and develop relationships, follow up queries and be a key contact for client relationships. The post holder will also liaise with our distributors abroad. Safespacess works with a vulnerable client group and it is essential that the post holder complies with our ethical sales policy.

We are looking for candidates with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, great presentation skills and a high level of literacy. The role will involve communicating with clients by phone, email, web chat etc. The successful candidate will have the ability to gain an in depth understanding of Safespaces products and the relevant legislation that supports vulnerable families.

Bookkeeper & Payroll Administrator

The Bookkeeper will be based at our office in Todmorden and will complete accounts and payroll,  provide financial management reports, and ensure compliance with all financial reporting systems, using XERO Accounting software. The bookkeeper will also provide a financial support and a problem solving function for the Company Director in dealing with complex issues and prepare monthly management accounts.
