Terms & Conditions

  1. Safespaces reserves the right to change our prices if necessary. Quotes given are correct at time of issue, customers are advised to confirm with Safespaces that a quote is still valid upon placing an order.
  2. Orders must be placed in writing at which time the customer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions.
  3. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that the order has been received.
  4. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that items ordered are suitable for the end user and that all specifications given are correct. Safespaces will not be held liable for errors made by the customer and such items must be paid for in full.
  5. Any cancellation must be received in writing within 7 days of the order being placed. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that the cancellation has been received.
  6. Any order not cancelled within 7 days of placement must be paid for in full.
  7. Orders for padded panels must include payment at time of order, all other items will be invoiced for after delivery.
  8. Invoices sent must be settled within 30 days. Safespaces reserves the right to charge for additional administration costs on payments overdue.
  9. Large items will generally be delivered and installed by Safespaces staff, the cost of such will be charged to the customer as detailed in the accepted quote. Any item ordered without addition of delivery charges will not be processed until such agreement has been made and an amended order confirmed in writing.
  10. Customers will be liable for packing and courier costs for smaller items and orders placed without such charges added will be withheld as above.
  11. Safespaces will not be held liable for delay in delivery by a third party.
  12. Any returns due to faulty items or items damaged in transit must be notified to Safespaces within 3 days of receipt of goods.
  13. Safespaces will not be held liable for damage due to storage or onward transport by the customer either as end user or where the customer acts as agent or distributor of the products.
  14. Safespaces does not give permission to the customer to alter or make repairs to the products, any such alteration or repair will invalidate the guarantee.
  15. The customer shall not remove or obscure any manufacturer’s information or safety labels on the products.
  16. Safespaces reserves the rights to all trademarks and designs.
