The Safespaces team has gone from strength to strength since it was founded in 2000, and especially over the last 3 years. We have a close-knit and comprehensive team based in Todmorden, West Yorkshire, with a blend of technical skills and customer affinity. This gives our customers the best service available when sourcing the ideal safe space, room or bed for their family.
To allow further development and growth within our marketplace, we are extending our team this Autumn. These two new roles will suit professional, dynamic and customer-focused candidates who can reinforce and extend our customer relationships and product awareness across the UK and Europe, directly and via our distributor networks.
The person appointed will ensure that the sales & order process is delivered efficiently & that we continue to deliver excellent customer service, in accordance with our ethical sales policy. The Sales Manager will also liaise with distributors abroad and ensure that consistency in the quality of sales and provision of products is maintained with all partners.

The successful postholder will establish and develop relationships with families and professionals, follow up queries and support families andprofessionals from enquiry to order stage. The role will involve arranging and delivering presentations, demonstrations and workshops throughout the UK and occasionally abroad.
